The 28th edition of the Comprehensive Information and Communication Technology Exhibition 'CAN Infotech 2023' organized by the Computer Assoc. Nepal Federation (CAN Federation) has been completed with grandeur. More than 300,000 people have seen this exhibition held from January 24th to 29th at Bhrikutimandap in the capital.
Communication and Information Technology Minister Rekha Sharma inaugurated 'Infodevelopers Can Infotech 2023 in Associate with Dishhome Fibernet' in a special ceremony last Tuesday. On that occasion, representatives of the private sector and various organizations were present along with special officials of the Government of Nepal.
In the exhibition that lasted for 6 days, every day special officials from the Government of Nepal and its subordinate bodies, local people's representatives, members of the Provincial Assembly, National Assembly and the House of Representatives, leaders of various political parties, officials of the Planning Commission, policy makers, national and international businessmen, artists, social workers, students and It was observed by an information technology enthusiast.
On the last day of CAN Infotech on Sunday, Deputy Chief of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Sunita Dangol, former Minister Mahesh Basnet, Member of Parliament Damodar Paudel and other special guests visited the exhibition.
Ranjit Podar, president of the CAN Federation, said that this edition of CAN Infotech has been a resounding success and positive feedback has been received. Thus, more than 150 stalls participated in the exhibition.
Exhibitor companies in the fair promoted their goods and services among consumers. Companies that are close to their customers also conducted interactive and fun games. On the last day of the fair, the companies offered a 30 to 60 percent discount on the purchase and booking of their services and products.
