Chiranjibi Adhikari has left the CPN-UML and entered the Maoist center. He was also welcomed to the party by President Prachanda at a function in Khumaltar. Adhikari was the in-charge of CPN-UML's Chitwan (Kathmandu Liaison Forum Constituency No. 3), representative of Press Chautari Bagmati Liaison Forum and Central Committee Secretary of CAN Federation.
Adhikari has been given responsibilities in various roles including IT Central Department, Press Center of the Maoist Center.
